Media representatives may register at no charge, however all Media registrations are subject to approval.

Media registration requests are reviewed by conference management and approved if they meet the criteria outlined in our Media Credentials Policy. We will contact you if additional information is needed or if it is determined you do not meet the necessary requirements. Submission of published work and/or a signed letter from a managing editor/publisher may be required.

Confirmation of Media registration does NOT guarantee that you have been approved for Media Credentials.
