			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Scott Schlicker is the Manager of the Advanced Development group for BASF Engineering Plastics.  His group is responsible for investigating, evaluating and developing new thermoplastic applications. </p>
<p>Mr. Schlicker graduated from the Michigan Technological University with a B.S. in mechanical engineering and is a registered P.E. with the state of Michigan.  He is currently pursing his M.B.A. at the University of Michigan  Ross School of Business, Scott has 15 years experience in the plastic industry including various assignments in applications development, sales and marketing.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Dr. Don Hillebrand is the director of Argonne’s Center for Transportation Research.  In this role he is responsible for leading a team of over 200 engineers and physicists who are actively seeking to solve transportation problems related to the nation’s reliance on imported energy.  He came to Argonne from DaimlerChrysler A.G. in Stuttgart, Germany where he worked as the manager of Research and Technology Policy in the DaimlerChrysler research labs. He worked two years in the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy as a senior policy advisor for Transportation to the Executive Office of the President during the Clinton Administration. </p>
<p>Dr. Hillebrand was elected a member of the Board of Directors of the Society of Automotive Engineers; he is also a Fellow of The Engineering Society of Detroit, and in June of 2011 was named by Automotive News as one of the 100 most influential people bringing about the electrification of the automobile.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Cristi Martabano Landy is the product marketing director for the Chevrolet Volt, the Electric Vehicle with extended-range capability. She is one of the original Volt concept car team members formed in March 2006.</p>
<p>Ms. Landy joined General Motors in 1989 as a product engineer for Saturn. In her first assignment, she was awarded a patent on engine diagnostics. Throughout her career, she has held a variety of positions in Engineering, Marketing, Program Management and Portfolio Planning. She joined Chevrolet in 2002 as the Corvette Marketing Manager. She led the 50th Anniversary Event that was attended by more than 18,000 Corvette enthusiasts.</p>
<p>Ms. Landy is an active volunteer for the SAE sponsored “A World in Motion” program in the Detroit Public Schools that teaches young students about engineering.</p>
<p>Ms. Landy has a bachelor of science degree in electrical engineering from The University of Michigan in 1989. She also holds a master of business Administration degree from The University of Michigan.</p>
<p>Andrew Radvansky is manager of customer experience design for Consumers Energy, the principle subsidiary of CMS Energy. </p>
<p>Mr. Radvansky leads Consumers Energy’s customer experience design department, which includes enterprise-wide marketing, customer experience design of the vital customer touch points, new service/product test beds, and delivery of the current value-added services &amp; products for all customer segments.</p>
<p>Prior to his current position, Mr. Radvansky served in a variety of leadership positions including but not limited to:   director of brand equity, principle regulatory liaison and manager of customer services.<br />
Mr. Radvansky has a bachelor’s of business administration from Grand Valley State University.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>David Shepardson is the Washington Bureau Chief of The Detroit News. He attended the University of Michigan studying history and worked as a free-lance writer for The News beginning in 1993. He served as managing news editor of the student newspaper The Michigan Daily and was an intern at the Middlesex, Massachusetts. News before joining The Detroit News full-time in 1995. He covered a variety of beats in Detroit, including the federal courts, before moving to the Washington Bureau in 2006 to cover the auto industry. He was named bureau chief in January 2009.</p>
<p>Mr. Shepardson won the Gerald Loeb award for excellence in business journalism in 2009 for coverage of the auto industry, and was a finalist on two prior occasions. He has won a number of other journalism awards.</p>

He has auto testing, auto marketing, public relations and communications expertise garnered while working in Asia, Europe and the United states. Mr. Zino worked for the aftermarket division of Robert Bosch. He was the editor of two Hearst Magazines, Motor and MotorTech; the Detroit Bureau Chief of Road &amp; Track Magazine, and a director of Public Affairs at Ford Motor Company.</p>
<p>Currently Mr. Zino is publisher of AutoInformed and AutoInformed.com, where he continues to conduct his education in public.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>As Assistant Secretary for Policy &amp; International Affairs, David Sandalow helps coordinate policy and manage international activities at the U.S. Department of Energy. Prior to being confirmed as Assistant Secretary, Mr. Sandalow was Energy &amp; Environment Scholar and a Senior Fellow in the Foreign Policy Studies Program of the Brookings Institution, as well as Energy &amp; Climate Change Working Group Chair at the Clinton Global Initiative. He is the author of Freedom from Oil (McGraw-Hill, 2008) and editor of Plug-In Electric Vehicles: What Role for Washington? (Brookings Press, 2009).<br />
Mr. Sandalow has written widely on energy and environmental policy, including op-eds in the New York Times, Washington Post, Financial Times and other publications. Previously, he served as assistant Secretary of State for Oceans, Environment &amp; Science; senior director for Environmental Affairs, National Security Council; associate director for the Global Environment, White House Council on Environmental Quality; and executive vice president, World Wildlife Fund-United States.<br />
Mr. Sandalow is a graduate of Yale College (B.A. philosophy) and the University of Michigan Law School (J.D.).</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Sam Ori is the director of Policy for the Electrification Coalition and a principal author of the Electrification Roadmap and Fleet Electrification Roadmap.</p>
<p>Mr. Ori previously worked at Securing America’s Future Energy (SAFE), a Washington, D.C., advocacy group dedicated to improving U.S. energy security in order to safeguard economic stability and promote a more robust foreign policy. His primary areas of coverage included global oil market dynamics and United States policy concerning domestic production of oil and natural gas. Additional areas of policy responsibility included transportation fuel economy and electrification of transportation. He was responsible for SAFE’s signature oil crisis simulation, Oil ShockWave.</p>
<p>Prior to joining SAFE, Mr. Ori spent three years in government. As a Presidential Management Fellow with the Broadcasting Board of Governors, he was responsible for oversight of three government-funded international broadcasting organizations that provided a range of multimedia services to developing countries around the world. In 2005, he spent six months working as an economic affairs officer in the U.S. embassy in New Delhi, India.</p>
<p>Mr. Ori received his bachelor of arts in political science from the Ohio State University in 2000 and his master of public policy from the University of Chicago in 2003.</p>

As a principal, he works with CEOs and senior executives within global organizations across the transportation value chain (utilities/energy, smart grid, battery and components, OEMs/vehicle manufacturers, service providers, commercial fleet providers and government/public sector agencies) on their operational strategies and business model innovation.<br />

Mr. Hazimeh combines deep technical and business expertise to help clients transform their businesses as the market shifts toward greener vehicles.  He has worked with traditional automotive companies for nearly two decades, giving him unique insight as he leads organizations through this industry transformation. He collaborates closely with PRTM directors across other practice areas (i.e. Energy and Smart Grid) to develop cross-industry strategies and identify best practices. He helps clients with technology and business model models and innovation, cost reductions, cross-ecosystem integration, and supply chain issues. His clients are located across the US, Europe, China and the Middle East.<br />
 <br />
Mr. Hazimeh is often called upon by media for perspective on automotive and electric vehicle trends.  He (PRTM) was the only management consultant invited to attend high-level electric vehicle discussions led by Prince Albert of Monaco in Copenhagen in 2010. He frequently publishes articles on business and technology innovation in publications including Fortune and Forbes.  He is also invited to moderate senior-level panels at conferences such as SAE World Congress.<br />

Prior to joining PRTM, Mr. Hazimeh was a principal at A.T. Kearney, where he served as member of the global automotive practice, representing clients in the US, Germany, France, Italy, and the UK. He received his M.B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison under a Fulbright Scholarship, and taught technology and innovation management. He also has a B.S. from the Technical University of Berlin, Germany where his studies included electrical engineering and general business administration.</p>
