Exhibit Space Pricing

Companies exhibiting large product displays will be set up in a designated location in the Renaissance Center. Companies that do not have large display size requirements will be located adjacent to the conference session entryways. Two (2) worker badges will be distributed per booth, but conference registrations must be purchased separately.

Display Rates (Price for space only)

  • 10’ x 10’ display – $3,250
  • 10’ x 20’ display – $6,250
  • 20’ x 20’ display – $12,500

Ballroom Rate (8’ skirted table included)

  • 10’ x 10’ display – $2,500
