Drug Uses
Seroquel improves symptoms associated with schizophrenia and bipolar disorder by affecting certain brain receptors. Seroquel is proved to be effective for acute curing of manic episodes in patients.
How Taken
Seroquel comes in pills to be taken by mouth. Dose can vary from 25mg to 300mg and should be suggested by your doctor.
Additional Information
Seroquel can cause drowsiness, dizziness, or blurred vision. These effects may worsen if Seroquel is taken with alcohol or certain other medications. Use Seroquel with caution. Don't drive or perform other possibly unsafe tasks until you know how you react to this drug. If your symptoms do not improve or if they worsen, notify your doctor. Seroquel should be used only by the patient for whom it has been advised. Don't take less or more or take it more often than prescribed by your physician.
