Jeff Henning

Jeff Henning is a partner with Ernst & Young and serves as the Global Markets Leader for the firm’s global automotive industry practice.  In this role, he is responsible for the operations of our Global Automotive Industry Center and the development of the firm’s overall automotive industry strategy. He leads a global team of dedicated industry resources that support our automotive clients with industry-relevant research and analysis, collaborate to develop and share industry leading solutions with our global automotive client service network, and maintain regular contact with industry leaders through executive roundtables and other events focused on emerging developments in the industry.  

In addition to Mr. Henning’s Global Markets Leader role with the Global Automotive Center, he is a partner in our Advisory Practice with a focus on delivering business advisory, risk management and finance function improvement services in the automotive industry.  Presently, he serves as the Global Coordinating partner on one of the United States Domestic auto manufacturers and as the lead engagement partner on two Tier 1 automotive suppliers. He has also served in the assurance practice of Ernst & Young.

Mr. Henning holds a B.B.A. in accounting from the University of Michigan. He serves on the Board of the Boys and Girls Club of Southeastern Michigan and the Board of Advisors of the University of Michigan-Dearborn’s College of Business.
