Deb Frodl

Deb Frodl is senior vice president, chief strategy officer for GE Capital Fleet Services. She is responsible for the commercial organization including strategy, marketing, commercial excellence and telematics.

A 22-year GE veteran, Ms. Frodl began her career with GE Capital Fleet Services and held various positions in marketing and services. In 1991, she joined GE Capital Public Finance in a sales role and then became the vice president, National Sales Manager for the Municipal Market. In 1999, she accepted the role of president and CEO of Public Finance.  She increased her responsibilities by accepting the role of president and CEO for Dealer Financial Services. In 2004, she was named the chief marketing officer for Commercial Equipment Finance where she led a global marketing team.  She rejoined GE Capital Fleet Services in 2005 as chief commercial officer.

Ms. Frodl is a graduate of Minnesota State University, Mankato, Minnesota with a B.S. degree in business with a minor in economics.  She is also a graduate of the University of St. Thomas, St. Paul, Minnestoa with an M.B.A.

Ms. Frodl is Black Belt certified.  She is a Champion of the GE Women’s Network.  She is a board member of the American Automotive Leasing Association.  Ms. Frodl is also a member of Automotive Fleet &Leasing Association and National Association of Fleet Administrators.
